The Undertaker is undoubtably one of the greatest icons in professional wrestling history. Not a bad word is spoken about “The Deadman” from those who have worked with him. In fact, he’s oftentimes praised for being a solid professional. Undertaker’s loyalty to WWE throughout the years has been unrivaled, nor has his presence as one of the company’s most captivating characters of all time.
Getting to share the ring with The Undertaker, especially nowadays as his in-ring career is in its final years, is a rarity. However, for those who have experienced it, it’s a moment they’ll never forget. One of the lucky men who have gotten to share the squared circle with the future Hall Of Famer is former WWE Champion Batista. WWE recently released a never before seen interview with “The Animal,” in which he touches on what it’s like to work with The Undertaker.
Here’s what Batista had to say:
“When Undertaker decided he wanted to go, there was nobody who could do it better. He would always say for 15 minutes out of the day he was the baddest son of b—- on the planet, and I would back that up 100 percent. I mean, that dude can go. He’s very intimidating, you know he’s in charge, but it’s also very comforting because this dude has just seen and done it all. It’s almost like one of those things when you get in [the ring] with him you know you’re going to have a good match.”
