The president's reason for refusing to sign the bill for a third time is yet to be made public.
President Muhammadu Buhari has, once again, declined to sign the Electoral Act Amendment Bill into law, despite pressure from the National Assembly.
This was disclosed by President Buhari's senior special assistant on national assembly (senate), Ita Enang, after a special Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting at the Presidential Villa on Friday, December 7, 2018.
He disclosed that the decision has been transmited to the National Assembly.
