Charlotte Flair’s ex-husband sues her, Ric Flair and WWE for $5 million

WWE Smackdown star Charlotte Flair is being sued by her ex-husband, according to a report from TMZ.

According to recently-filed legal documents filed by Riki Paul Johnson, he is asking for $5 million dollars in damages against Charlotte, Ric Flair and WWE.

Riki says his issue is with Charlotte’s “Second Nature” book that was written together with her dad and promoted by WWE. Johnson says the Flair’s wrote negative things about his relationship with Charlotte and says she falsely claimed that he is sterile and not able to have children. Riki and Charlotte were married from 2010 to 2011.

Riki says the allegations humiliated his family, including his three children who he says are the subject of ridicule and shame. He also says the book includes “multiple false allegations physical and/or psychological abuse.”

He is also upset because he says the Flair’s wrongly claimed that he was fired from 2 jobs due to illicit drug use and says the book intentionally paints him as the villain and Charlotte is portrayed as a “victim who overcame personal adversity and domestic abuse.”
