Cheltenham Festival 2019 is taking place this week, with the annual festivities having got underway yesterday. Today is Ladies’ Day, which traditionally sees tighter dress code rules. Ladbrokes explained: “There is often a strict dress code for all enclosures (except the family enclosure) on Ladies’ Day.” However, in general, Cheltenham races don’t typically have strict dress codes.
As attendees made their way into the event, many people were pictured in view of the world’s media.
One woman had donned a sophisticated cream suit for the occasion.
The co-ord featured straight-cut trousers and a matching jacket.
Her garment tied at the centre of her waist, revealing plenty of cleavage.
Avoiding revealing all in the low-cut number, she sported a lacy bra beneath.
The stylish woman teamed the look with a pair of pale-toned pointed high heels, which had been embellished with studs.
Finishing off her look, the attendee carried a studded cream clutch bag.
Elsewhere at Ladies’ Day, huge hats were in abundance.
One woman sported a ginormous red and white hat which was shaped in a flower.
The show-stopping item certainly made a statement, considering it was a number of times larger than her head.
She teamed it with a minidress and a vibrant red coat.
