Eminem’s rep denies report about deal with WWE

Don’t expect to see Eminem associated with WWE, at least not anytime soon.

’s representative Dennis Dennehy is denying that a deal has been reached for to appear on SmackDown Live and for work on the 2K20 soundtrack.

The rep provided the following statement to Pro Wrestling Sheet:

“There was a very brief, exploratory conversation that involved a third party and 2K Sports, not ’s team. It has not gone beyond preliminary discussions, and any reports to the contrary are false. Right now there are no plans to further pursue it.”

So, don’t get your hopes up on seeing the recording-artist on SmackDown Live or any programming in the near future. Some of you may recall, there were rumors about Eminem and in 2008 but those rumors turned out to be unfounded.
