Triple H offers injury update following surgery

At Crown Jewel earlier this month, Triple H suffered a pectoral injury during his Tag Team match with Shawn Michaels against Kane and The Undertaker. “The Game” required surgery to repair the damage and his scheduled feud with Batista for WrestleMania has been put on ice. Despite still recovering from injury, Triple H took part in a recent media call this week.

“The Game” offered an update on his status and revealed he’s feeling good at the moment. He vowed to be back soon and is strictly focused on his rehabilitation. Hunter will still make the trip to Los Angeles to prepare for NXT TakeOver:

“I had surgery a week ago yesterday, everything is feeling good. I’m using an immobilizer now,” Triple H stated. “On the road to recovery, it is just rehab, rehab, rehab now. I will be back. That does not stop this machine from rolling on, it is business as usual. I will be heading to Los Angeles tomorrow to begin preparations for what is a very exciting NXT TakeOver.”
