Earlier today, we wrote about the Saudi Arabia references being scrubbed from WWE.com. It was looking more likely that they were pulling out of Saudi Arabia but WWE says the show has not been canceled and it should be listed on their schedule.
We’ll see if that changes in the next 24 hours as fans and United States senators and lawmakers continue to urge the company to re-evaluate their relationship with Saudi Arabia.
Again, as we’ve noted before, WWE stands to make a ton of money if they continue with this show. However, they stand to lose somewhere between $500 million to $1 billion over the next 10 years if they pull out of their agreement.
If the show is not canceled by tomorrow evening, then Monday Night Raw should give more clarity on what WWE plans to do moving forward.
